(IDEX Online News) – Russian miner ALROSA has set the agenda of its next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which included nominations for the new Supervisory Board.

The 18 nominees, who will be elected following the results of shareholders’ voting at the AGM include:

– Mr. BARSUKOV, Sergey Vladimirovich – Director of Department, Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation;
– Mr. BORISOV, Yegor Afanasyevich – Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia);
– Mr. BRUK, Mikhail Lvovich – General Director, OJSC Corporation for the Development of South Yakutia, Independent Director (as an independent member of the Supervisory Board);
– Mr. GALUSHKA, Alexander Sergeevich, Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East;
– Ms. GORDON, Maria Vladimirovna – Nonresident Senior Fellow, Tufts University (as an independent member of the Supervisory Board);
– Ms. GRIGORIEVA, Evgenia Vassilievna – Minister of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia);
– Mr. GRINKO, Oleg Viktorovich (as an independent member of the Supervisory Board) – Strategic Communications Director, CJSC Sberinvest Management Company;
– Ms. DANCHIKOVA, Galina Innokentievna – Chair of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia);
