JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – With the electrical and instrumentation work at the the Letlhakane mine tailings resource treatment plant under way, Aveng Grinaker-LTA and Aveng Botswana were working to upskill local labour. During the nine-month contract at the Debswana Diamonds-owned mine, in Botswana, the company would provide 174 employment opportunities for electricians, boilermakers and labourers, to local community members.
