Located 20 Km SW of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, within the municipalities of Compostela, Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit and San Sebastian del Oeste Jalisco.

Project Caoba is located at 200 km in 70w straight line from the city of Guadalajara, in the southwest of Nayarit state, close to the pacific coast ,which is five kilometers west from the interest area in exploration, within the municipalities of Bahia de Banderas, Jal. and Compostela, Nay. 20 Km from Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.

The access is trough the federal highway from Guadalajara to Puerto Vallarta
The area is located in the Sierra Madre south and neovolcanic axis.

Geological synthesis
By its relation with the mineralization, the most interesting rock unit is the andesites tertiary which is the principal host rock of the veins and also appear like phorfide dickes.

Intrusive bodies of variable composition from granite to granodiorite up to monzonite and dacite cut mainly the andesites in different localities of the area
Finally, crowing the hills highest parts are extrusive rocks like tuffs, andesitic breccias and volcanic conglomerates.

These geologic characteristics are very similar than in the Cebadillas district explored by consejo in the past years.

Mineral deposits
In Cebadillas mining district where Capomo project is located, mineralization is hydrothermal type and is manifested in several forms, like veins, porfhide bodies of andesitic dikes, breccias, stockworks and disseminated mineralization.

The minerals are free gold, quarts, pyrite, calcopyrite, cooper carbonates and hidrothermal alterations like oxidation, chlorite and caolinitation.

The wides are from 2-8 meters in veins and 10-30 metros in porphide dikes, and breccias zones with long of 1-3 kilometros, drills of SGM intersected mineralization zones under 150 mts, and for correlation between highest points and low points, we have at least 300 metros high of mineral.

The grade of mineral is reported by SGM with 3-10 grs.gold, 150 -500 grs. Silver per ton. For the Olga mine. and similar prospects had been identified in the area of negro claim.

Mining history:
Very close to the area of the Capomo project, in the east limit of the claim, the Geological Mexican Survey developed an exploration program in this area in 1988-94 under the name of national reserve Cebadillas and discovered more than 20 structures with minerals of gold, silver and cooper, even in some areas developed drill programs with good results.

In the years of 2006 and 2007 the company Timmins Gold Corp developed a field exploration works obtaining good results and estimating a potential of 100 millions of silver ounces and 500,000 of gold ounces.

The biggest and older mine exploited in the past time in this area is denominated “La Olga” with values of 3-10 grs. gold and 150-500 grs. Silver,5% cooper in 2000 mts. long and 2-10 mts. wide, with 6 levels developed at 200 mts. Deep.
