The claims are located in a historic mining township an hour and half from Las Vegas and seventeen minutes from the city of Pahrump, Nevada, USA. This area is easily accessible with a well maintained highway that goes directly to the township and mines .

All of our Claims are located within a historic mining town in the Southern Nevada area. These ?were commercially operated mines that were forced to close down when the Executive Order ?6102 was passed on April 5, 1933. The Executive order 6102, passed by the Rosevelt ?Administration banned the hoarding of gold which forced all commercial gold mines within the ?United States to shut down operation. It wasn't until The Act of Oct. 28, 1977, Pub. L. No. 95-147 amended the 1933 Joint Resolution Act, that mining these claims were once again legal. However, although these gold claims were ?once again legal to operate, due to the low price of gold, little if any mining activity has taken ?place since they were initially closed. Today, with the price of metals skyrocketing there has been a renewed interest in the old mining districts by mining companies as well as investors looking for sizable returns. This particular mining township is an untapped resource for precious metals. However, there are far too many claims for one small mining company to work alone and therefore; I am looking to either sell, lease, lease purchase or joint venture with another mining company or investor. I have been in the mining business since 1981 and for those interested, I am also offering my consulting services with all claims leased or purchased.
