Estimated gold reserves are in excess of 250,000 ounces. Surface values have been tested at 6-9 dollars per cubic yard and deeper values range from 33-54 dollars per cubic yard. Depths to bedrock vary from 25-75 feet. This property can be profitably mined from the surface to the bedrock. Gold has assayed at over 90% pure and ranges from fine gold up to very large nuggets. A large 14 oz nugget was found in the 1800's and many 1/2 ounce to 1 ounce nuggets in the 1994 testing program. There is a wash plant available for this site.
