Located around Downieville, CA in Sierra County. All claims have legal access with roads leading to each.

The first property encompasses approximately a half mile of the Downie River four miles north of Downieville. It was the site of an operating placer mine up until the late 2000s when it was shutdown due to the ill health of its owner. The bench gravels and current river channel have been enriched by millions of years of erosion from the quartz veins in the area and tertiary river channels. The gold in this area is of high fineness and is beautiful in color with many quality specimen pieces being found. I believe future development can be successful by working the bench gravels with a wash plan setup similar to the one that operated there previously. The tailings left by the old miners from the early mining days can be processed this way as well. The present river channel also continues to yield good gold to local miners. The claim is about a mile west of the Melones Fault which was primarily responsible for forming the Mother Lode Vein System. There is at least one old hardrock mine that is on the edge of the claim but I have not explored the claim for lode deposits. Nearby mines include the Telegraph (placer and lode) 2.5 miles, White Bear (placer) 1.5 miles, and the Ruby Mine (placer and lode) which is about 6 miles southwest. The Telegraph is currently on the market for $30 million. It should be relatively straightforward for this claim to start producing. The material to be processed can be loaded into a wash plant and the gold can easily be extracted. The second property is on the southern extension of the Wideawake Mine approximately five miles northeast of Downieville. Development began on the Widewake Mine in 1884 when drifting was done on the ancient channel. Most of the mining took place in the period 1884 to 1894 when over 5,800 ounces of gold were produced. The property lies along the channel in between the main Wideawake workings and the Craycroft Diggings 1.5 miles southwest. The Craycroft-Wideawake tertiary river channel courses NE-SW along the ridge. The gravels are around 25 feet thick and composed of 80% quartz, 10% slate, and 10% clay. The highest gold values are found near bedrock. The channel is the same one that is found at the Monte Cristo Mine to the southwest. The USGS concluded in the early 1980s that additional placer gold resources on the property were likely. The third property is on Hungry Mouth Canyon just south of Downieville and encompasses approximately 3/4 of a mile of creek. The canyon has a history of producing some very impressive nuggets. In the 1920s a prospector found a 8 pound nugget with 90 ounces of gold near the head of the canyon probably on this claim or at least very near to it. Some other nuggets found in this canyon that have been recorded weighed four and twelve ounces along with several rich quartz ledges. The final property is on the historic City of Six Mine. It adjoins the famous Ruby Mine which sold for millions several years ago. The property is on a rich ancient channel known as the "Great Blue Lead" or the "Bald Mountain Channel" and is the same one that passes through the Ruby. Unworked sections of this channel are exposed on the claim and there is water onsite. Evidence of a hardrock deposit also exists on the claim which lies along the Downieville belt and is within a mile of both the Carson Mine and the Triple Pocket Mine. There should be excellent potential here to start a successful mine adjacent to the Ruby Property which has yielded over 350,000 ounces of gold. This price is for all four properties.
