Rock fall prompts Cameco to limit Rabbit Lake ops

Canadian uranium miner Cameco has restricted production at its Rabbit Lake operations, in Northern Saskatchewan, after it discovered a rock fall has occurred in an inactive area of the Eagle Point mine.
As a safety precaution, 40 non-essential personnel were evacuated from the mine and activities were restricted while the condition of the affected area was assessed.
