We are seeking an energetic individual with a strong commitment for Safety to join our Underground Team.
Responsibilities include:
- Loading long hole
- Preparation and cleaning of stopes
- Operate and maintain the Long Hole Emulsion Pump Trucks
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following education, experience and competencies:
- Possess Ontario Common Core certification
- A minimum of 10 years underground experience is preferred
- Desire and ability to learn the operation of the loading truck
- The ability to ensure that all work is carried safely and efficiently
- Must have previous Longhole Blast Leader Experience
- Current knowledge and experience with Electronic Blasting Techniques
The schedule for this position will consist of 11-hour shifts on a 14 days in and 14 days off rotation.
