Barrick Gold of North America Inc. seeks a Manager, Maintenance and Supply Chain Systems in Henderson, NV to manage business process improvements including business process design, implementation, and support. Develop global supply chain and maintenance processes based on best practices in demand and supply planning, master data management, logistics, warehouse, and maintenance. Lead global Oracle Cloud Implementation for supply chain and maintenance. Lead digitization effort to improve and streamline inventory management, warehouse and logistics, work management, maintenance budget, and cost analysis. Oversee automated processes in order to preserve data by managing the alignment of data availability and integration processes. Provide realistic, practical, value-based decisions regarding maintenance and supply chain systems.

 

REQUIREMENTS:    

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Information Science, or a related field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or as Senior Systems Analyst; Senior Consultant; Consultant; or a related position. Must have five (5) years of progressively responsible supply chain management experience with: system and business process design, implementation, support, and improvements; inventory management; warehouse and logistics; Oracle Business Process Management Suite; root cause analysis; digitization; Discoverer; PL/SQL; Warehouse Management System; and Transportation Management system. Must have three (3) years of experience with: Oracle Cloud Implementation for supply chain and maintenance; budget and cost analysis; big data; E-Commerce Gateway (EDI); Cognos; XML; Microsoft Test Manager; Python; and digital strategy and roadmaps.
