Job Description Main responsibilities:
-Lead projects, Feasibility Studies and assist with proposal preparation
-Lead process design teams during feasibility studies, basic and detailed engineering
-Support Process Technology Department functions including Mentoring and Training
-Contribute to Knowledge Management and Distribution programs
-Liaise and contribute to the Fluor Global Process Technology Group
-Represent Fluor’s Process Technology Corporate image (marketing and conferences)
-Assist with Companywide Project team support
-Demonstrate Leadership in Industry Safety Protocols
It is a permanent, full-time position.
Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 + benefits (extended medical, extended dental, RRSP, etc.)

Basic Job Requirements -Approximately 20 years Mineral Processing experience, preferably with extensive field experience (i.e. operations, commissioning, construction)
-Extensive experience in gold and precious metals processing
-Experience with EPCM projects.
-Minimum of 10 years in a Consulting Engineering capacity.
-Ability to effectively translate field and engineering experience to Process Technology Department Staff
-Ability to assist with initial Project set-up (EPCM and FS Studies)
-Leadership abilities including project management skills, Lead design role capability, supervisory skills
-Demonstrated International experience will be favored
-Demonstrated capacity to align with Fluor’s major Client base business cultures
-Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Mineral Processing or Extractive Metallurgy is a minimum requirement.
