GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include: The successful candidate will supervise, coach and lead maintenance teams to ensure the production and development targets and schedules are met to ensure profitability and business development in accordance with the annual budget and strategic business plan; perform other duties as assigned.
SELECTION CRITERIA
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this job, applicants must meet these basic requirements:
• Two (2) years underground mobile maintenance experience required
• Five (5) years underground experience preferred
• Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
• Underground maintenance experience preferred
• Proven safe work record required
• Strong computer skills preferred
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment required
• Excellent communication skills required
