Citi Appointed Depositary Bank for The Weir Group’s ADR Programme

LONDON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Citi, acting through Citibank N.A., has been appointed by The Weir Group PLC (“Weir”), one of the world’s leading engineering businesses to the minerals, oil and gas industry, as depositary bank for its Level 1 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme, which trades on the US over-the-counter (OTC) marketplace under the symbol “WEGRY”. Each ordinary share represents 2 ADRs. Weir’s underlying ordinary shares are listed and trade on the London Stock Exchange under symbol “WEIR”.
