AKRON, Ohio–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Smithers Rapra is pleased to announce that its global carbon black conference, Carbon Black World (www.carbonblackworld.com), will convene May 25 – 27, 2016 at the Omni Fort Worth in Texas. Carbon Black World is the only North American event dedicated exclusively to carbon black, attracting an international delegation of producers, end-users and equipment solution providers from across the tire, rubber, plastics, compounds and ink industries.

The two-day technical conference attracts brands like Cooper Tire & Rubber Co., Phillips Carbon Black, Continental and other major brands to network and share strategic insights.
