(IDEX Online News) – Diamcor Mining Inc. is close to completing a brokered private placement financing deal to raise C$5 million.
The firm aims to use the money to buy extra operational equipment and materials for the advancement of its Krone-Endora at Venetia Project.
The cash raised will also be used for general and administrative purposes at the mine in South Africa.
