(“FPS” or the “Company”) (OTCBB: IFUE) announced today that it signed an expanded distribution agreement with distribution partner Unipart Rail. The expanded distribution agreement gives Unipart Rail additional territory, industry and product distribution rights.

The expanded distribution agreement provides Unipart Rail the opportunity to market and sell FPS’s proprietary fuel additive formulations in additional territories and across a broader range of industries. In addition to the rail industry, Unipart Rail is now involved in projects utilizing DiesoLiFT^TM with road transport operators (truck and bus fleet operators), stationary power generation operators/providers and diesel fuel wholesalers in the U.K., Europe and other geographical territories.
