Oil and gas major Santos has appointed Vanessa Guthrie to its board as an independent director, effective from July 1.
Guthrie was previously MD and CEO of uranium developer Toro Energy and VP of sustainable development for ASX-listed Woodside Energy, and is currently chairperson of the Minerals Council of Australia and a non-executive director of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
