India’s Coal Ministry has directed International Coal Ventures Limited (ICVL) not to waste time in operationalising overseas coal blocks, but to step-up the exercise to acquire new assets.
The Coal Ministry has also warned that delays in achieving these objective were ‘not acceptable’.
