ASX-listed junior Matsa Resources has started mining at its Fortitude gold project, in Western Australia.
A February study into trial mining at the Fortitude project revealed that for a cash injection f A$1.2-million, Matsa could produce some 185 000 t of ore, grading at 2.2 g/t gold for 12 100 oz of gold.
