Nickel Mountain Group AB (NMG): Change in Number of Shares and Votes

STOCKHOLM–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Regulatory News:

As already informed, NMG (OSE:NMG) has in December 2015 conducted an issue in kind and a rights issue. In total, 105,805,000 new shares were issued during the month. Total number of shares and votes post the issues thereby increased from 490,809,360 to 596,614,360.

The share capital increased by SEK 52,902,500 to SEK 298,307,180.

This announcement follows standard information requirements for Swedish public companies at end of month during periods when the share capital has been changed.
