WABAUSKANG, ON–(Marketwired – March 08, 2016) – Four Directions Ventures Limited Partnership (“Four Directions”) and Hy-Tech Drilling Ltd. (“Hy-Tech”) have entered into a joint venture to provide drilling services within the Traditional Territory of the Wabauskang First Nation. Four Directions is an economic development agency acting on behalf of the Wabauskang First Nation. The partnership was negotiated over a period of several months which culminated with the signing of the agreement at the Canadian Aboriginal Mining Association Conference in Vancouver on November 24, 2015. Present at the signing were Four Directions Ventures LP directors: Doug Riffel, Barbara Katic and Don Morrison; and from Hy-Tech: Harvey Tremblay, Chairman, and Brian Butterworth, President.
