Western Australian Mines and Petroleum Minister Bill Marmion has referred the Mining Legislation Amendment Bill to the Legislative Council for committee examination.
Marmion this week expressed confidence that the Bill would withstand close scrutiny, adding that he would consider the council’s recommendations.
