Description
The claim block is 1/2 mile wide by 2.5 miles long, the bedrock is about 20 feet and the pay starts at gravel about 15 feet of pay. This is a fine gold creek with pay from bank to bank with little overburden, very few boulders to speak of this is very easy mining approximately 1/4-1/3 troy ounce per 100 yards. The mining season is from May 1 until October 15 on a normal year. Fully equipped 10 man camp with fully kitchen, dining area, shower, laundry, running water, 7 crew quarters with 4 RV hookups with power and septic. Gold cleanup building with all the equipment to process fine gold, tool shed with all the tools and supplies needed. Satellite TV and Satellite Internet, no phone service or radio in the area. History
The creek has been mined since the 1970s lots of history and surveys done. 27,000 ounces were pulled from 5 forty acre claims just above this property from 1979 to 1986 averaging 130 ounces per acre, also the first diamond of record was discovered on this creek in 1982.
