There is approximately 14,000,000 tons of aggregate believed to be available according to a January 2022 Continental Placer report, which is accessible in our due diligence information. The best suggested use for the aggregate is for commercial stone, which is its previous use. The property also has the potential for a variety of other uses.

Location and Access

The Tolland, Connecticut region has a unique country feel. However, the area’s appearance does not reflect the economic activity surging throughout. Tolland is also known for having a portion of the town owned land permanently protected as open space preserving the town’s country feel.
