There is about 600 acres and the gold varies from fines to large nuggets, assay is around 95% pure. The overburden varies from 1-3 feet and there is no permafrost present. The pay layer is 8-10 feet of gravel and boulders and the largest gold pieces are found in 2-4 feet of mafic schist-quartzite bedrock. There is around 1 mile of virgin ground and miles of side pay edges, the original mining operations in the valley used hydraulic water giants and dragline machines that could not recover the gold out of the bedrock. There has been drilling on the property but the records have been lost over time. The gold runs 1ozt per 150-200 yards, the washplant processes about 50-75 yards per hour and could be fabricated to handle more. We have all the permits and paperwork up to date and are actively mining it.

Camp and claims are located 10 miles off the Steese highway on a decent gravel road. There is about 10 miles of claims below the camp.

The camp has been on site for a lot of years with 1 large lodge cabin which includes a commercial kitchen and common area, there is 2 bathrooms, a laundry room and 1 bedroom. There is a large 2 bedroom 1 full bath cabin with full kitchen and screened in porch, there is a 2 bedroom 1 bath mobile home with a full kitchen and one RV slip with water, electric and sewer. There is one wet cabin and 2 dry cabins, the total capacity would be a total of about 12. The camp has a water well, the entire camp runs on a 20kw diesel generator, satellite internet and television is available in this valley. There is a Gold cleanup shed with equipment to process the gold on site, and also a storage trailer with parts, tools and supplies.

Gold was discovered in 1893 at the mouth of the creek near Birch Creek, the claims where origally staked in the early 1900's and no mining occured here until the 1970's.

Equipment includes a D9G, John Deere excavator, multiple loaders, shaker washplant, water pumps, road grader, fuel truck and storage tanks, service truck and welder, crane truck, parts machines and mine pickup trucks.
