Here you have 40 acres of Placer Claim, done as two separate 20 acre claims, BLM# CAMC315519 and CAMC315520, located near Bridgeport and Walker California. When you are investing in a Placer Claim, there area several things to look for, that these two Claims have. Two important things are successful Lode Claims in the area, and past occurrences of Placer Gold and Silver production in the area. With these Claims you have approx 2300 ft of water to work, that encompasses both the Walker River that runs North to South and a creek that branches off from the River that runs from the West to East. This a rare opportunity to hold two 20 acres in this area, adjoining one another. Unlike a Lode, you can work the full 40 acres with a Placer Claim. That is a lot of water and ground to cover! The general area was mined early in the last century by the Chinese and was a very successful area for Gold production. Millions of dollars of Gold has been pulled out of many of the Lode Claims and the river through out the years. The Claim is as pretty as you could ask, as is the area. Excellent camping opportunities are here and staging areas. With this years record snowfall, it is expected to be a great year for new material to wash into the river from the mountains.
