65.0N 109.0W on NTS 76C 14&15 at Migration Lake, Nunavut. The property is 160 km SE of the Lupin Mine and 120 km S of the George Lake / Goose Deposits. It is located 50 km from the Lupin Winter Road.

Mineralization is hosted within iron formation hosted by the Beechey Lake Group of the Yellowknife Supergroup. The host horizon has a prominent aeromagnetic signature with an apparent width of 200 - 300 m and a 7 km strike length. Gold mineralization is confined to faulted or intensely folded zones within the iron formation. Three zones have been identified to date from limited followup of the airborne data. The West Zone hosts gold in outcrop within folded sulphide facies iron formation with grades to 33 g/t Au. The central Fork Lake Zone has returned grab samples from boulders to 1.04 OPT Au while samples of similar rubble from the East Zone have returned grades to 11.7 g/t Au. For most of the strike length of the host horizon, bedrock is covered by thin overburden and ground geophysical surveys are necessary to delineate prospective drill or trench locations.

The property was staked during the Lupin area rush in the late 1980's and most recently explored by Equity Silver (Placer Dome) in 1990. Fixed wing magnetic field / VLF-EM surveys covering a portion of the property and limited prospecting / mapping followup were conducted between 1988 and 1990. The property was restaked by Panarc Resources in 2011 and preliminary exploration is being conducted during summer 2012.

This property hosts the most promising untested targets in the same stratigraphy and belt hosting the Lupin Mine (Elgin Mining) and the Goose / George Lake / Llama Deposits (Sabina Gold & Silver).
