This 40 acre legally filed Placer Claim has a creek. It is done as two separate adjoining 20.66 acre Claims. There are many gravel beds, traps, bends, falls, to work on this creek. You have a number of areas to locate that nugget. On a weekend we were able to locate some flakes and small quantities of gold. The land itself has some topaz and lots of quartz rock that has come down the mountain. There is such an abundance of material to work here that this would a claim to be enjoyed for years. The Claim is hidden but not that hard to access for you to enjoy. Cell service is spotty but you do get bars. Colorado Springs is a short drives down the mountain for supplies.
