One knew in those years of an immense copper mineral, by stories of locals and Bolivian mining explorers, that in a first moment it was confused with Chuquicamata, whose access to these mines has been made from the El Abra mine to the northwest, where there are mining roads along the old Cordilleran Route that goes to Iquique, and the so-called Camino del Inca, that by the slopes and ravines of the mountain chains surrounding the cluster AROMO.
