Summary

Mine is located 11 kilometers from newly developed Victoria Golds hard rock mine.The creek name is Secret Creek.Very easy access and egress with no constraints on size of equipment that can be hauled in.Cobble rock sizes are small and this greatly reduces wear and tear on equipment.The creek itself under the driest conditions allows for optimum sluicing.Settling ponds are configured for maximum yardage through put.Two hundred yards per hour no problem. Tailings can be stacked and placed on existing road or simply pushed into previous hole.Licenses allow for up to 2-9man camps.Drilling,monitoring and blasting is also included in permitting.

Mayo mining district Yukon Territory.Access :Between kilometer 32and33 on the South Mcquestin road, left then 4-kilometers to camp.

43 claims and a two mile lease 6.3 miles with two water licenses.Historical mining area,Dublin Gulch.Fine gold to 1oz nuggets.Currently running trommel to compensate for clay content high grade material but shaker plant with more volume and nugget trap works as well.Several thousand ozs in current cut.Massive gravel terraces.Millions of cubic meters/yards.

Geology

Glacial morain.Pre-reid gravels with multiple contact zones caused by more recent runoffs and rivers.Cobble sizes rarely over 24 inches.

History

Has been thoroughly hand mined since the early 1900s.

Additional Information

Currently high grading by out of stream monitoring.Usually 2-days or several thousand yards.The material is run through my 4-0 trommel at 50 yds per hour.We are currently on bedrock and planning to step down.Lengthened the cut this year by 150'-0.Best dig we had this year was 28 ozs in 14 hours.
