Jefferson Gold – Nevada, USA (Near Round Mt.)

Gold & Silver Project along Walker Lane Trend

Mine Details

Commodities: Gold
Price: Negotiable

Summary

132 unpatented lode claims (≈ 2,727 ac / 1,104 ha) situated within Nevada’s prolific Toquima Caldera Complex and the Walker Lane Trend—a structural corridor hosting numerous world-class gold deposits.
The Jefferson Project hosts gold-silver bearing quartz veins across multiple zones with permitted drill sites and active USFS Plan of Operations valid through Feb 2026.

Location and Access

Located in Nye County, Nevada, approximately 10 miles (16 km) north-northeast of the Round Mountain Gold Mine (Kinross) and midway between Tonopah and Austin along Highway 376.
Access via maintained Toquima Range Road. The property sits on the west side of the Toquima Range, east of the Big Smoky Valley. All-season road access; nearby infrastructure and skilled mining labor force.

Description

The Jefferson Gold Project represents a low-sulfidation, epithermal gold-silver system strategically positioned between two major producers—Round Mountain (Kinross) to the southwest and Northumberland to the northeast.
Sampling programs and NI 43-101 verification (2024) confirm widespread high-grade mineralization in multiple vein systems.
A 2024 drill campaign returned intercepts exceeding 2.0 g/t Au with silver up to 64 ppm, further enhancing development potential.
• Ownership: 100% held by Jumping Jack LLC
• Permitting: USFS Plan of Operations #03-21-01 (valid through Feb 2026) – 7 drill pads (21 RC holes) approved
• Topography: Gentle slopes; accessible roads; ample space for staging and drill rigs

Geology

Situated within the Toquima Caldera Complex, a Miocene volcanic center hosting major epithermal deposits.
Gold occurs in north-south-striking quartz-chalcedony veins up to 1 m wide within altered tuffs of Mount Jefferson.
Mineralization is typical of low-sulfidation epithermal systems, with gold-silver enrichment associated with silica-breccia zones and structural intersections.

Highlights:
• 4 identified zones: East, Mid, North, and West
• 2023–24 sampling confirmed Au grades > 10 g/t across multiple veins
• Geochemically anomalous soils (> 600 ppb Au) align with known structures
• Mineralization open along strike and at depth

History

Gold was first mined underground around 1905, producing from narrow high-grade veins.
Modern exploration campaigns include (extensively documented).
Recent drilling validated and expanded historical results, with several intercepts > 2 g/t Au over 10 ft.

Selected Highlights:
• Surface sample: 21.5 g/t Au | 2,394 ppm Ag
• Underground sample: 56.7 g/t Au | 1,177 ppm Ag
• Drill intercept: 2.4 g/t Au over 10 ft | 64 ppm Ag

Additional Information

• Project Type: Hard-rock gold-silver epithermal system
• Development Stage: Advanced Exploration / Drill-Ready
• NSR: 1% (net smelter return) recorded in previous agreement
• Recommended Work: Follow-up RC drilling and geophysics
• Transaction Options: Sale, JV/Earn-In, or Lease Purchase
