Summary
The mining property has 100 hectares of mining area. The Reserve consists of a system of mineralized veins and bags favorable for underground mining, whose main content is gold and silver in free state. Historically, the average grades have been greater than 10 grams of gold per ore ton. The bags present very high grades, varying these from 15 to 300 grams of gold per ore ton.
The mineralized zone has an East-West direction, in a contact area formed by an igneous rock (Granodiorite) and a sedimentary (limestone), this contact area is related to the main veins.
Surface inferred reserves are in the order of 168,000 ounces of gold.
It is located 3 km from the mines of Los Filos and Bermejal owned by Goldcorp, presenting a geological environment identical to these. In fact, the contact (igneous and sedimentary) rocks of Los Filos enters the Leticia reserve. It has fine infrastructure such as electricity, water, labor and roads.
The mine concession is currently valid till 2036.
There has been drilling, Geochemistry and Geophysics studies performed in Leticia’s Reserve, of which results have been flattering for exploitation by underground mining.
