This Claim is a gem of a find. You have the building that sits on the Claim, which is a fairly large building, the mine, and a generous amount of Tailings that amounts in the tons! To top it off, you have great road access, that while it sits back off the road, you have good access.

This 20 acre Claim, sits near Lida NV. We have a past producing Mine, with tons of Tailings, that would demonstrate how well this Claim produced, along with the Mill Site and building. This Mine dates back to the early 1900's is our understanding. There was, in this area significant amounts of Silver and Gold found within the Mountains, that several mill sites were built to process the Ore. From our research, it appears that there were Veins that ran over 10 feet thick This building is not from the early 1900's but more then likely erected between the late 1970's and early 1980's when there was an early renewed mining interest in the area. The building could be closed up for the base of a new operation, as it is repairable . A lot of the Tailings in this area have been noted to yield over 8 ounces to a ton, of Silver and Gold combined. Here you have a generous amount of Tailings, that could possibly prove successful. When you take into the account of the Mine, the old Wash station, the building, and the tons of Tailings, it would appear that this was a successful operation at some point.
