Lucky Buck Gold Mine is located in the Dogtooth Mountains in the East Kootenay area of British Columbia. It is just 40 Km from Golden B.C. and only 10 Km off the Trans Canada highway. The Quartz Creek Forest Service Road runs right through all three claims.

The mine consist of three contiguous Legacy placer claims which are each 500 meters by 1000 meters. Claims are in good standing with assessment work done to cover until September 2020 The 800,000 cubic meters of tested material is on just one of the three claims. Second claim has been tested and proven gold bearing but not enough testing done there to quantify tonnage as yet. Third claim is untested but is definitely in the pay zone. Prospect of increasing the proven reserves by at least double is very good. Extensive bulk sample testing in 2012 and 2013 shows pay material from surface to bedrock. No overburden to strip. Very consistent values throughout tested area.There is a valid permit on this land package through the 2016 season. Reclamation bond is in place. Geologist report on property indicates average grade of 1.8 grams per cubic meter. Potential exist to expand the proven orebody to in excess of 150,000 ounces. Gold is found in the glacio fluvial gravels and clay. The pay ground starts right at the surface and is uniform right down to bedrock. Heavy clay and large boulders hindered operations in the early days of discovery of this area but modern my equipment had no trouble extracting the gold values. The gold is weathered out of a massive sulphide deposit and concentrates show extremely high pyrite levels. The pay material consist of a red oxidized clay matrix in the top 10 to 15 feet and then it transforms into an unoxidized layer of blue clay material which contains many large boulders. The bedrock is a soft decomposed shale which is easy to dig and clean up of the gold. The grade of pay is consistent from just below the organic layer all the way to bedrock. Depth of material varies greatly from just two meters all the way to 20 meters. As well as the coarse gold the concentrates left after taking all visible gold out contain extremely high micron gold values with assays in the 50 to 100 ounce per ton area. These micron gold values are on top of the 1.8 gram geologist tested grade.

This area was originally discovered in 1888 but has seen only sporadic hand mining due to the many large boulders exceeding 3 feet in diameter and the high clay content which made washing with old time type sluice boxes very difficult. Modern classifiers and high pressure pumps make mining this deposit not only possible now but very profitable. This is virgin unworked placer ground. My placer mine is the first mechanical gold mining operation at Quartz Creek.

I am offering my 50% interest in this mine for sale at $500K but the possibility exist to purchase a 100% interest for $1 mil. I have refinery receipts available showing the gold production for 2013. My reason for selling is I have another 200 hectare claim directly adjoining this mine which I will be working in the event of my selling this property. I simply have more ground to work then I can handle.
