Located on lucky creek in the historic Klondike gold rush mining district 58lms east of Dawson city Yukon & 7.5kms (4.5 miles) from Klondike highway with good road access.

Are has not actively mined since 1901, so now considered virgin ground.

Geology

Narrow to wide valley, depth varies but averages about 20ft to 30ft to bedrock. Gold is course in size and 87% to 90 % finesse. Ability to do testing to determine suitability, creek is rich but spotty.

History

Creek was mined in 1897-1901, all hand mining only. Owner has had claims for over 20 years. There is reminiscent of 23 old timers log cabins on the claims , see photos.
