Yukon Territory, Canada, within the Mayo Mining District. 172 quartz (hardrock) claims wedged between "Keno Hill" historic silver mine with trace gold, 220 M Oz Ag (silver) mined to date, owned by Alexco on one border of the property and "Dublin Gulch" with the 6.5 M oz Au (gold) Eagle Deposit owned by Victoria Gold and touted as the Yukons next gold mine on another border. The property is close to infrastructure and accessible by foot, skidoo (winter), and canoe. More realistically ~25 minute helicopter ride from the Mayo airport.

A 7 km x 2.5 km Mid-Cretaceous Tombstone Suite granodiorite intrusion occupies most of the property, akin to the nearby Eagle Deposit on the adjoining Dublin Gulch property. The property is underlain by Palaeozoic clastic rocks comprised of Upper Devonian and Mississippian Earn Group submarine fan and channel deposits with siliceous shale and chert. The Earn Group submarine fan and channel deposits include laminated shale with interbeds of arenites and wackes, thick members of chert pebble conglomerate, siliceous siltstone, barite and rare limestone units.

First explored by United Keno Hill Mines in 1965 with surface soil sampling following up on a heavy metal stream anomaly published by the GSC in 1964. No detailed documentation of claims or results are to be found. However, at that time there was little knowledge of the area geology, no knowledge of glacial epochs and extents and no knowledge of IRGS style deposits, that were not recognized as such until the 1990's. The current claim holder surmised, after studying the most recent geology maps and glaciation maps, that the property had been improperly sampled due to lack of knowledge at the time of sampling (1965) of the recent McConnell epoch (~22 Ka) glacial overlay as compared to much older overlay on the nearby Keno Hill and Dublin Gulch deposits. Also that the geology was remarkably similar to that at the Eagle Deposit on the adjoining Dublin Gulch property. In 2010 the property was staked and a modest sampling program performed, producing several positive results. 2011 soil sampling confirmed these results and uncovered further soil anomalies. 2012, the last work performed to date, followed up on soil values and extended the soil grid. 2012 results proved beyond doubt there is a gold system in place and provided several areas of high interest to focus for advancing to drill ready stage. Results included rock values up to 28.2 grams per tonne gold.

Exploration is planned for 2014 to pinpoint drill targets. After work is initiated (mid June, 2014) this property will no longer be available at the aforementioned price.
