12,000 hectare (29,000 acres) with hugh deposits of Dolomite, Silica Sand, Frac Sand, Ore, Gold, Gypsum, Palladium, Bentonite, Quartz and other minerals.
All Mexican Goverment permits in order to transfer to new owner, and extraction authorized in 8,000 hectares (19,700 acres). Remaining 4,000 hectare permits will be issued when deal closed.
Located 45 minutes driving from the border of California/Mexico. Main highway access and road access to the mining site. Just 45 minutes from Mexican Railroad Station and connected with USA Railroad system.

History
Discovery was made in 2000 since then an extensive surface has been performed along with geological mapping, structural mapping, core drilling, surveying, grid sampling, road improvements, and investigation for endangered species list.
