The Murray Property is located approx. 45klm south of Revelstokem B.C. on the west shore of the Arrow Lakes. The claims are only 5km from BC Hwy #23 and about 30 minutes to the Shelter Bay Ferry Ferry On Arrow Lakes.

The property occurs in a hecterogeneous succession of amphibolite schist to biotite schist with minor amphibolite and marble.The amphibolitic schist succession is likely the metamorphic product of intermixed volcanic , volcaniclastic, siliciclastic and minor carbonate rocks. The amphibolitic schist succession at Upper Arrow Lake was recently re-interpreted to have been deposited in an Upper Devonian or Lower Mississippan back -arc basin on the basis of new mapping and geochemical data (Kraft et. in prep.The ampphiboltic schist which host the Murray property is lithologically similar and was likely deposited near the basins eastern margin.

The property was discovered in 1963. Prior to this there is no record of any exploration work in the area.The original prospectors conducted soil surveys, heavy metal Bloom geochemical tests, prospecting and Self Potential on the property. Their work demonstrated the occurrence of stratbound copper rich massive sulphides hosted in metavolcanic and metasedimentarty rocks.Their report is available. G,W,R, Resources optioned the property in 1987, expanded the claim block and did some fieldwork. Their assessment report is available.Orphan Boy Resources staked the property in 1999, conducted a brief prospecting program. Highlights included values of >10% copper, 65.8 ppm Ag and 6875 ppm Zn.Furher work was recommended.

The property area contains 758 Hectares and the surrounding area is open for additional staking.Vehicle access is within 20 minutes walking to the mineralized outcrops.There are no watershed users on the creeks draining the property.
