A large deposit of Precious Metals is available for acquisition or sale from the owner motivated to sell: o Site consists of over 2 square miles and 70 mining claims in Idaho. o 120 tons have already been processed during piloting. Ore is a high-grade Gold & PGE deposit with sulfur content less than 0.2% o The pilot plant testing has proven the eco-friendly (no cyanide) commercial process. o The process uses brines to make the metals soluble during leaching in a closed loop system, where excess uses of water and reagent costs are eliminated. o Estimated time to permit for full production (500 – 2,000 tons per day) is 12 to 18 months
