The Partnership began exploring ancient lava flows in Idaho in 2001. The Partnership now controls over 2 square miles of unpatented mining claims on BLM lands. The Partnership has drilled, analyzed, and independently verified its findings with outside laboratories including the completion of a 43-101 Preliminary Economic Assessment / Technical Report awe well as a 'second opinion' JORC Report on April 2020.

A large deposit of Precious Metals is available for acquisition or sale from the owner motivated to sell: o Site consists of over 2 square miles and 70 mining claims in Idaho. o 120 tons have already been processed during piloting. Ore is a high-grade Gold & PGE deposit with sulfur content less than 0.2% o The pilot plant testing has proven the eco-friendly (no cyanide) commercial process. o The process uses brines to make the metals soluble during leaching in a closed loop system, where excess uses of water and reagent costs are eliminated. o Estimated time to permit for full production (500 – 2,000 tons per day) is 12 to 18 months

Property has proven deposits of Platinum, Palladium, Gold, Rhodium, and an indicated reserve of Rubidium, Cerium, Lanthanum, Yttrium, Neodymium, and Niobium.
o 97% of the world’s supply of Platinum, Palladium or Rhodium comes from South Africa and Russia.
o Host rock is a ‘volcanic basaltic rhyolite’ that has been homogenously mineralized with precious metals.
o Proven reserves in the drilling grid is 67.2 million tons.
