Yukon Territory: Centred at 61 43'N 130 52'W on NTS 105 G10 in the Watson Lake Mining District. The property consists of 168 Quartz Claims (RC 13-180)and is 83 km ESE of Ross River. It is located along the Robert Campbell Highway.

This is a new, grassroots gold showing. A 250 m long boulder train of silicified limestone and / or quartzite carrying 1-15% pyrite and lesser erratic arsenopyrite occurs in Risby Creek, north of the Campbell Highway. The mineralized material assays from 1.0 to 4.88 g/t Au and ranges in size from cobbles to boulders in excess of 1.5 m. One mineralized bedrock exposure in a blast trench consisted of approximately 1.0 m of sulphide bearing quartzite or silicified limestone, returning grab sample results to 0.87 g/t Au.

The property lies in a klippe between the Money Creek and Jules Creek thrust faults and contains a west striking, north dipping package of greenschist facies metasedimentary rocks. In the area of the known mineralization, this consists of phyllite with lesser limestone and rare quartzite. No discordant veins were noted during 2012 mapping; all mineralized material found consisted of stratabound, possibly replacement style mineralization.

The showing was discovered by the late Pete Risby in 2009. He explored the property briefly in that year, conducting prospecting and sampling. Panarc Resources optioned the property and conducted mapping, prospecting, soil surveys and blast trenching on the property in May 2012.
