The Five Mile Creek is a UNRLT of the Sixty Mile River located on the south side of the sixty mile river, approximately 5 miles upstream of its juncture with the Yukon river, approximately 45 miles from Dawson City. Access to the property is possible via Helicopter from Dawson city and a helicopter landing zone has been cleared on the north east bench at the valley entrance. A high quality road runs east to west on the north side of the sixty mile river which connects a regularly serviced Barge landing on the Yukon river to mining operations in the area. At it;s nearest point this road passes within approximately 3000' of the sixty mile/five mile junction. A fixed wing airstrip and barge road river crossing are present at Ten Mile Mine (Cam Johnson) 3.5 miles to the west. During times of Normal Waterflow Five Mile Creek is accessible via Jet Boat from Dawson city. Winter access is possible via snow-machine or track vehicle.
