Located on the Sixtymile River in the historic Klondike Gold Rush mining district 60 miles west of Dawson City, Yukon and 10 miles from the Alaskan boarder.

Wide valley with wide terraces. Depth varies but averages about 9ft of frozen mud and 12ft of gravel. Gold is small in size and 84%+ fineness. This is a very large volume, low grade, shallow deposit with opportunity for longevity with multiple operations. With water licenses in place ground could be productive in first year.

Owner mined on the property in 1975 and then again as Eldorado Placers from 1986-2004 with 2 million bank cubic yards processed (stripped and sluiced)/year at peak.
