Its location is in the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Sucre, Maripa, Bolivar State, Venezuela.

The "Fundo New World", is located approximately 278 km. from Ciudad Bolivar, in front of the national road between Ciudad Bolivar with the Town of Maripa.

Within the work of the award Fundo New World, there are geological studies of surface geophysical surveys, opening of pits and trenches, that area is nestled at the eastern end of the complex Imataca lithological units of the complex are gneisses, quartz-feldspar, migmatites, granitic intrusions and ferruginous quartzites.
