Mining operations are fully permitted and in full compliance with all governmental regulations and requirements. There are over five million tons of head ore that have been mined and are immediately ready for further processing. Additionally, 30k tons of ore partially processed. It is estimated that there are many additional millions of tons of head ore in the Iron Duke Mine site.
