TSX- and NYSE-listed Great Panther Silver has reported a fatality at its Guanajuato mine complex, in Mexico. The primary silver mining and exploration company said a full investigation into the cause of the accident, in which a contract scooptram operator was fatally injured on Friday evening, was ongoing.
