Placer Assets LLC has 112 unpatented placer mining claims in good standing with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). A claim is 20 acres, 112 claim totals 2,240 acres. These claims were staked in October 2013. They were filed and registered with the BLM and the County of Pinal, Arizona. Plate 1. The claims are located in Township 9 South, Range 11 East, Sections 6, 7, 18, and 19 Pinal County. Arizona. Location maps Figures 6,7, and 8. Mr. Robert Cattany, attorney and geologist (Colorado School of Mines graduate) was the former owner of these claims. Mr. Cattany sampled the area of the claims in 1992 and had the Vortex Report generated. The results of this report led to the generation of the research and estimation of resources in the Florence Alluvial Basin Research report by Ron Parker, Consulting Geologist, in 2002. In 2005, Mr. Cattany sent other samples from the claims to the Wendell & Company Lab, Centennial, CO. and it reported higher results than the Vortex Report.

The Tertiary geologic history of the Basin and Range Province includes a major pulse of volcanism in late Oligocene and Miocene time that preceded or accompanied a major crustal extension event (Spencer and Reynolds, 1989). Formation of many of the present basins is due to faulting subsequent to this volcanism and extension (Eberly and Stanley, 1978; Shafiqullah et al., 1980; Houser et al., 2004), but it is not unusual for volcanic rocks to be interbedded in a basin fill sequence, particularly in the older parts. In some cases, such as the San Bernardino and Sentinel volcanic fields, young basalt lava flows apparently cover older basins that are otherwise similar to basins without the young volcanic cover.

In the Basin and Range Province, the pre-basin fill geologic sequence typically consists of pre-Tertiary rocks, overlain by interbedded Oligocene through middle Miocene volcanic and sedimentary rocks that were intricately faulted and tilted during early to middle Miocene extension. The Oligocene to middle Miocene extension event is characterized by extensive volcanism and large-scale low-angle normal faulting with closely spaced faults cutting and tilting volcanic and sedimentary rocks (Spencer and Reynolds, 1989). Hydrothermal activity associated with high thermal gradients and volcanic activity resulted in alteration and thorough cementation of sedimentary rocks accumulated in basins during this episode (e.g. Hollocher et al., 1994). In many areas, erosion and sedimentation during extensional deformation resulted in rapid changes in the thickness of Tertiary units (e.g. Dickinson, 1991). In some parts of a basin, the late Miocene and younger basin fill may be stratigraphically conformable with early Miocene sedimentary and volcanic rocks, whereas on nearby buried horst blocks, the late Miocene and younger sequence may be considerably thinner and overlie preTertiary rocks directly. Between about 12 and 15 million years ago, the style of deformation and volcanism changed to a pattern of high-angle, more widely spaced faults that largely control the present basin-and-range physiography and formed the sedimentary basins that are the focus of this report (see Menges and Pearthree, 1989).

General geology of the Florence Alluvial basin is described as series of sand, gravel, clay and caliche horizons deposited between granite mountains. The general composition of the alluvium is granite and metamorphic schist and gneiss with minor volcanics, diorite, and quartzite. The granitic rock of this area have about 5% magnetite and is thought to be the major source of the magnetite.

The area of the Placer Asset claims is relatively flat with a few shallow washes. The material consists of gravel, sand, and fine clays, with very few rock sizes of six inches or more. The material deposition was from intermittent braided streams for a period of 5 to 10 million years.

In 1963 a water well was drilled about 500 feet to the northeast of the corner of Section 6 & 7. The consistency of the alluvial fan on the claims for the first 100 feet is that of sand, gravel, and clays. Below 100 feet, several zones of caliche, sand, gravel, and red clay were encountered. The well was drilled to 936 feet. Water was encountered at 440 feet. Casing was set at 824 feet and pumped 500 gallons per minute on testing. (Dale C. Brittain 1971 Water Available Report).

Bedrock in the claim area is between 1,600 and 2,000 feet. (Arizona Geological Survey).

The geologic age of the Florence Alluvial Basin is believed to be 5 to 10 million years old.

Mr. Cattany took five samples in this area in 2005 and sent them to Wendell & Company in Centennial, Colorado for assay. These assays were higher than the Vortex assays.

Mr. Parker took five surface bulk samples on the claims, which were processed to determine the content of magnetite.

In March 2014, three shallow three-inch diameter holes were drilled in claim PA7-02 located in the northeast corner of Section 7. This location was selected to investigate because of the high magnetic readings and its placement between two good magnetite surface samples. Sample report, Page 6.

An area was outlined around the drill holes. Drill Sample Map, Figure 1. The area measured 4.35 acres, and the depth of the holes were averaged. The cubic footage was calculated (weight per cubic foot multiplied by the cubic footage) to find the number of pounds for the area. Then the pounds were divided by 2,000 (the number of pounds in a short ton). This gives the total tons in the area of the drill holes. The recovery of material from each hole was weighed and processed down to magnetic, concentrate, and tails. A recovery percent was calculated for each hole. The average recovery for the drill holes was 61 %. Each fraction was then assayed for each hole. The value for each hole was then estimated. The estimated value for the area in that small area is $11,063,395 at the 61 % rate.

I would set out a 4-8 claim block for example, with a drill, sample, pilot mill type deal for a prospective buyer/developer as long as there was some extra money in it for me. Out right purchase or lease possible. I'm open to review almost any respectable proposal. Typically up to about $1,500,000 to do this SEC approval test.

Also, I feel the real value to someone is the flip. Let a person/company buy all 112 claims for $3,000,000 and then do some geo exploration for that SEC form. That might cost about $500,000 +/- and easy to do on these claims. This very factual high quality geological improvement to the site would enable the owner to sell some of the claims or the whole thing at a very very significant profit in my opinion!

The deal is open to these ideas or what ever presents it self. There are no hard fast prices so to speak. I am 71 years old and looking to simplify my life.
