Geology
Placer High-Bars along the Hassayampa River Basin. Little to no overburden. Gold and Silver are mostly fines. flakes, coarse, and small nuggets. Other than Black Sands, all gold and silver is free, meaning it can be separated with gravity and water. No chemicals required. Processing black sands would need to be done at a smelter or other resource.
History
This river basin has been producing gold since the 1890s and is only a few miles from Rich Hill, where a gold strike set off the Arizona gold rush in the 1850's
