The Gascoyne Project is located in Western Australia 750km north-northeast of Perth, 280 km to the east of Carnarvon and 250km northwest of Meekatharra. The Gascoyne Project comprises of three granted exploration licences E09/2638 (27.87 km2), E09/2642 (195.30 km2) and E52/4006 (281.85 km2) for a total landholding of 505 km2.

Access to the project from Carnarvon to Glenburgh via Gascoyne Junction, then via the Dalgety Downs Landor road into tenement E52/4009. Access to tenements E09/2638 and E09/2642 is via station tracks from the Dalgety Downs-Landor road.

The Gascoyne Project is located to the northeast of Gascoyne Resources Limited (ASX: GCY) Glenburgh 510,000 ounce gold deposit which is actually comprised of eleven (11) individual gold deposits ranging between 3,900 to 182,300 ounces gold. Rocks within the resource zone consist of granitic gneiss, amphibolite and mafic granulite, and minor migmatitic pelitic rocks. These same type of rocks are hosted within the Mammoth Exploration Gascoyne Project. The southwest to northeast faults and shear zones extends from the Glenburgh gold deposit through the Mammoth Exploration Gascoyne Project tenements located to the northeast of the Glenburgh gold deposit. Limited historical soil sampling within tenement E09/2638 shows significant gold mineralisation targets forming with assays up to 290ppb gold in soils. There are significant gold in soil assays up to 890ppb gold located to the south of tenement E09/2642. Based on the geology, geophysics and trending of faults and shear zones, it is likely the gold mineralisation extends into E09/2642. The geology and rock types present within the Gascoyne Project has the potential to host a variety of commodities offering diversification into other metals and minerals including, but not limited to: Gold, Lithium, Nickel, Copper, Tungsten, Uranium.

The Gascoyne Project is located within the Gascoyne Complex which is a terrane of Proterozoic granite and metamorphic rock in the central-western part of WA. The Gascoyne Complex is separated from the Yilgarn Craton to the south by a major fault, the Errabiddy Shear Zone. To the east and northeast rocks of the complex are overlain unconformably by fine-grained Mesoproterozoic sedimentary rocks of the Edmund Basin and Collier Basin. To the west, the Gascoyne Complex is overlain unconformably by sedimentary rocks of the Phanerozoic Carnarvon Basin.

The Gascoyne Complex is divided into two parts, the 1840–1620 Ma northern and central Gascoyne Complex, and the 2005–1970 Ma Glenburgh Terrane in the southern Gascoyne Complex. The two are separated by a major east-southeast trending fault, the Chalba Shear Zone. Rocks of the Glenburgh Terrane do not outcrop at surface north of the Chalba Shear Zone.

The Gascoyne Project is situated within the Glenburgh Terrane; the rock types are comprised of interlayered leucocratic granitic gneiss and foliated leucocratic granite, mesocratic granitic gneiss, pale-grey granitic gneiss and foliated granite, gneissic to foliated porphyritic granodiorite, pegmatite and amphibolite.

Numerous outcropping pegmatites occur within the project with potential to host fertile LCT type pegmatites prospective for lithium.

Limited soil sampling for gold is the only historical exploration work undertaken. Soil samples within the Mammoth Exploration Gascoyne Project assayed up to 290ppb gold in soils. Further soil and rock chip sampling is required to define gold drilling targets.

Also available is an additional two exploration licences owned by a separate private company, as a separate transaction, that joins the Mammoth Exploration Gascoyne Project. The additional land package totals 123.89 km2. Total land package for both companies is 5 exploration licences totalling over 628 km2.

There are 70 historical soil samples within the Gascoyne Project tenements E09/2609, E09/2611 and E09/2638. A total of 65 of these samples assayed >25 ppb gold (with an average of 384 ppb gold). The highest sample assayed 1,860 ppb within E09/2609. Gold path-finder element arsenic assayed up to 25 ppm As. The historical soil sampling results shows high confidence for drill targets to be generated and potential for delineation of gold deposits similarly to the Glenburgh gold deposits.

There are pegmatites across all tenements with potential to host lithium mineralisation.
