Geology

Geological reports, flow sheets, aerial map, stockpile full assay analysis, drill maps, etc. are available to serious buyers. Last mined in 1978 with old workings and history going back into the late 1800's.

History

In 1978, approximately 30,000 tons mined with 5,000 tons shipped to the Lacawanna mill in Ely that produced approx. 3 million from the milled ore. The remaining ore is stockpiled. Early mining began in the late 1800's with many old workings on the property, including a rock Cornish headframe and timbered shaft.
